Mismanagement at the higher up, No Salaries

It's somewhat good place to work if they paid you for the work

Cons

Mismanagement at the most critical parts of the company, over a year of salary delays followed up with straight up non payment of any salary Company expect developers to work for free, or be put to performance review Not holding Company Clients accountable for the contracts signed and agreed upon, emplyees contract also not honored

Thank you for your comment and your advice. It is true we had 2 of our biggest clients leave. One was due to end of project but one was unfortunately because we could not deliver on time. This despite having a very high paid, and apparently qualified team. We have totally revamped all the whole team and are regrowing our business. Sorry if there were delays, but as all past employees can testify we always pay down our debts.

* No any Pros for this company

* No pay for employees. Only those who receive payments on time are favoured * Education, skills, and talents are not valued or appreciated * The best Sri Lankans are not paid at the market rate. HR employs Algerians and other foreigners for higher salaries than the going rate. * Senior employees won't be given the appropriate raises based on their performance. Always underestimate their abilities. But employing new workers for higher pay. * Employees are not treated with respect by upper management.

Sorry your experience with us was not positive. We had a rough patch at the end of last year and start of new year. Some were for sure the management's fault, some were employees who took advantage of our work culture and held 2 jobs and thus could not really do their jobs and so we lost the clients. But again sorry if this impacted your work. All the best in your career.
