Pros

The only good thing at KeepCalling is that there I met some of my best friends.

Cons

KeepCalling is well known from the outside as a great company but after a half year working there, you realize that every smile is fake :) You're just a money-making resource for them, easy to be replaced in any moment by no skilled cheap man. They want to pay less and they don't motivate the employee to stay more. Many people wants to share a lot about this company but they still keep the public silence as long as they are in KeepCalling.

Interesting experience (marketing online)

Pros

I worked at KC for two years in marketing department. Is one of the best companies in Sibiu to work for. Here are some positive aspects: - salary and benefits - flexible working hours - stability - working conditions

Cons

I've decided to leave the company because I was looking for a more interactive, dynamic and challenging activity.

The KC spell that lasts no longer than one year.

Cons

The company doesn't offer support to great people. So many left already in the last year.
