- super talented team that deeply cares about putting out a great quality product & service to their users - lots of ownership over your work - (product) decisions are made after careful consideration based on data and user research (we don’t just throw darts at the wall or get things done just to get them done) - team knows how to pivot when needed and what needs to happen to continue to accelerate growth - progressive and receptive leadership that does a great job at setting measurable goals and driving the rest of the team to think outside the box - feedback is always taken into serious consideration which helps building better culture and process - great work life balance (especially for a start-up)
Cons
- company is still in their early stages experiencing its own growing pains: finding optimal team structures, building process, etc. - (product) team is still relatively small so there’s a lot of responsibility to bear that lies outside of the usual scope of the role
