Made some friends Learned a few new skills Office itself looks nice

Old-fashioned and arrogant executives Company pretends to care about employees (makes a big show out of parties and events) but really could not care less about employees (especially younger/newer ones) People in charge are petty and shortsighted Absolutely no chance to climb up (no raises or promotions possible) in the structure
