The people who work here are passionate and care about each other. New office with flexible work-from-home options. The owner is knowledgeable about the product and industry and is a strong visionary for the future.

Cons

There is turn-over but that goes with the industry.

Pros

The team of people was fantastic, and most really cared about doing their best. People are given freedom if they can show they are making a meaningful contribution. The focus on personal growth was a positive experience and allowed people the opportunity to improve and grow. The variety of projects was interesting and often new or innovative. Overall, I can say I certainly grew and learned a lot.

Cons

The fast pace meant projects would be rushed to market often causing issues down the road. The lack of systems early on eventually became a bottleneck of systems that were slow and caused frustration. Rapid changes in the industry caused significant changes quickly.
