Pros
Nice quality products. Unfortunately I find it hard to list any other pros!
Cons
The senior management are very reactive when facing challenges focusing on short term outcomes rather than long term strategy. Staff morale is very low with many worried about losing jobs due to reactive decisions and lack of compassion for hard working employees! The only strategy there seems to be is cutting costs by making more people redundant. There are no development opportunities for staff to progress their careers internally!
