Pros
I was fortunate to be hired as an analog engineer and moved into a project management position. I was there seven years. As I said, best engineering team ever. Same with production. Good marketing. I was pretty good at circuit design when I hired in (or so I thought), but learned a great deal while I was there. This was long before Tektronix was the parent company. A note about my ratings; they are about 10 years old.
Cons
Had issues with the management, especially with the engineering manager at the end of my 7 year stay. Upper management couldn't seem to find an engineering manager that they were happy with; although some of the guys that are say that the engineering manager that is there now is good.
