Office and shop staff are great Work schedule is decent
Cons
Production schedule changes constantly Micro managing from owner(s), upper management and sales department Be prepared to be thrown under the bus weekly, if not daily Untrustworthy management, anything you say can and will be used against you Owners holding others accountable for their failures (be prepared to lose your job) Unclear instructions given, reprimanded for doing your job Zero growth and zero opportunity, just be happy you have a job is their mantra

Pros
The most amazing team members you could hope to work with. A company with amazing potential, but ownership cannot get beyond their own issues (distrust, poor communication, backbiting, unprofessional, micro management, etc.) to build an amazing company.
Cons
Distrust, poor communication, backbiting, unprofessional conduct, micro management...and that all comes from the ownership. They talk a great talk about upward mobility and people only limiting themselves, but that really isn't how they operate.
