Pros

PTO: 3 weeks vaca when you start, every other week is a 4-day work week, generous holiday schedule Management seems to really be invested in work/life balance. There still can be a high level of stress depending on your clients, but there is always discussions about stress levels. The employees are great, kind, smart, and I am leaving with a lot of friends. Very focused on DEI.

Cons

Most people have already said it but salary. I did receive two raises last year and the CEO has committed to annual COLAS, so there is improvement. I worked here for three years and in the end took a job with better pay. Sometimes I feel like we were doing things for our clients that they should have been paying us for.
