      Mukava työyhteisö ja kiva toimisto. Ei vaadittu liian kovaa työtahtia.

      Organisaatio ei tietenkään ole joustava, eikä yksilöllisistä järjestelyistä voida kovin hyvin sopia, esim etätyön suhteen. Suurena miinuksena, että ketjuttivat osa-aikaisten puhelinaspojen määräaikaisuuksia. Määristen syy oli aina "sijaisuus", mutta selkeästi tarve oli jatkuva, eikä ollut ketään tiettyä, jota olisi sijaistettu. Laitonta toimintaa siis.
