Pros

-Breakfast -Time Flexibility -Near Station -Allows you to be a representative at Uni -Kitchen

Cons

-> If you are someone who needs sponsorship, please avoid joining. The company treats people as cheap labour. At times you will find it difficult to survive in London. -> Despite being paid the bare minimum, the content team would be forced to come to the office three times a week. This is the only team who has to do it. -> Arrogant Management lies all the time and will keep you hanging during appraisal. -> Speaking of appraisal, it's a joke. You won't be considered for a raise because the internship is not counted towards your experience here. -> Finally, PLEASE DO NOT JOIN, you will only feel like being used and like a literal SLAVE.

Not a great place to work

Pros

Nice people, reasonable social events - they have cheese and biscuits in the office every Friday which is fun and gets people together

Cons

There's very little career progrssion, no investment in people or equipment and the senior managers and the CEO in particular can be very dismissive of any new ideas. The company is failing and losing money so they are always making redundancies sometimes getting rid of people of few weeks after they've joined.
