Great people. Amazing case managers, team leaders, managers and attorneys

Cons

Too much micromanaging Transition to a call center Toxic individuals from upper leadership No room for growth if you do well in your current position. No matter how hard you work and what you produce you will never likely exceed expectations for bonuses
