      I'm a newer employee but I can already tell that Keller, Inc. is a great place to work 100% employee owned- we receive a lot of perks for being an owner of the company Company funded ESOP program Coworkers are very supportive Family oriented Positive Culture Growing Company Personal growth opportunity within the company Supportive Upper Management

      Pros

      Experienced staff, profit sharing opportunities, had some really good craftsmen to work with in the field. Newer lifts and equipment, than other contractors I've worked for, they seemed to invest well in that regard.

      Cons

      While I was there a lot of travel was involved, but they also had a good amount of local work most of the time. Starting wage was pretty low, but you can work your way up. Lack of true apprenticeship program was a downside, the union shops do a much better job of training because of the apprenticeship. Also used a lot of temp workers that were not very skilled or professional.
