      Pros

      Great first job for a teacher comign out of teacher's college. Small manageable class sizes. School is not so big so you get to know your colleagues well.

      Cons

      Hostile work enviornment, constantly berated and questioned, no contracts. Constantly threatening to fire people, lying to parents and the government.
