Team environment, everyone is professional at the dealerships, benefits start day one, great schedule
Cons
Good ol boy’s club! It’s not what you know it’s who you know, a smile and a handshake means nothing here. I saw the owner and COO talk about how great someone was for the company in a meeting and about a week later the person was gone…simply toxic.
