Everything No benefits Prepare to be skint Pay is horrible Horrible for mental health I’ve wanted to OFF myself working for them Structure is abysmal Good luck to new to field engineers Good luck getting any equipment need any sockets anything from stores Pray you get an engineer who’ll actually train or help you Operation managers are useless only care about their numbers Good luck getting an exfo Company is horrible Notice how all the happy people at Kelly’s are all on contract Kelly’s need to be investigated Engineers are having to break themselves everyday just to make some change!! Kelly’s ops managers and management should join engineers for a day and see the horrible stuff they have to go through I could go on for days about the poor state of this company
