Do not take a job from here. Current employees are forced to write good reviews about the company. Listen to the negative reviews. They are all true. This job takes my number one spot for biggest regret of all time. Employees are paid nickels and dimes (not a competitive salary) and asked to work long hours, on weekends, mental health days, and holidays. You will get texts all throughout the day (even nights) from your manager. I have little to no respect for upper management for not valuing their employees or their families. I once informed my manager of my sibling’s wedding months in advance and I was told, “if it’s during launch, you won’t be able to take it off.” They are masters at empty promises and tell you “if you can do (x), you will get (y)” and never deliver on their words. When someone leaves, they tell us that they “weren’t strong enough to take on the job, or was just here for the money, and didn’t want to put in the work.” Employees drop like flies around here and we’re told to pick up the slack and given more work to make up for it. They use and deceit people. The people who left are strong individuals that value their work-life balance and will/did find a better gig with better pay elsewhere. This is the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. You are dodging a bullet if you choose not to work here.
