      It is privately owned - I like working for a locally/family owned business. One that promotes a healthy balance between work - life and private - life. The travel - hospitality industry is a 'positive' career force in the community and in education - this company enforces that lifestyle - the compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      initial training is sometimes slow

      Training is definitely something that we are planning to improve on. With all of the new technology and procedures, it is crucial that all staff are full knowledgeable on how to navigate smoothly through the season, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your employment experience.
