Pros

Fast paced learning environment. Trainers were insightful and helpful.

Cons

No respiration protection for trainees. Trainees are given protection when probation ends (3 months). The damage was done by then. Targets given to women were taken from the fastest welder Keltech had ever seen. Hourly time sheet to be filled out on the floor. Nothing like hourly paperwork to kill work flow. No recognition for going above and beyond. Top class welders in there(15+ years experience) getting 14 euros an hour. I asked about respiration protection (3 months and 1 day in) and was told it wasn't that guy's problem. While he laughed. Overheard office staff laughing between themselves about the contents a fellow apprentice's system password.
