Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance If you work in the warehouse, you are disregarded by upper management. Internal advancement is a joke (the higher ups poach people they like that just started in the warehouse and ignore those that have worked there for years). HR takes things personally and snaps at people. Doesn't know how to do their job. Gone half of the time. Warehouse manager can do well one-on-one, but when managing the entire group, doesn't know how to come across as a caring human being. It's all about numbers. Nepotism (higher ups are family members). Steady flow of people quitting or getting fired. In fact, I believe the CEO recently got let go. Difficult process of understanding how things are done because nothing is standardized (no BOMs, etc). Tribal knowledge that can easily be taken away if someone leaves. Warehouse workers need to keep their heads down, not complain or ask questions about whatever is going on because there is tension and anxiety over losing their job. Constant pressure to make the monthly goal. And so much more I probably forgot at the moment.
