      The culture is very deceptive. Management is disorganized and disconnect with the everyday process, no structure nor direction from upper management

      I've heard it's better outside of the branches

      Cons

      Very bad company culture. On first day of orientation the CEO has all the new hires come in & play the same game and he calls his wife to make it seem "like a family". Totally not a very scripted red flag.
