The salary was competitive with other offers.

Cons

The management of the Kemper in Paducah, KY completely lack ethics. They bring in new employees annually and have a high rate of terminating them. They will tell you that you are amazing then turn around and fire you the next day. Highly emotional management. Management doesn't communicate well with staff and train or listen to their employees. The managing partners display the poor morals and high drama.

Great work/life balance, good retirement plan, decent salary, able to get a good amount of experience and learn quite a bit.

Poor training, questionable business ethics and integrity concerns, a bit of favoritism with various employees.

Great Indy Tech Office, Bad everywhere else

INDY Tech Office. Downtown location, great building. Very flexible and caring about employees.

Cons

Corporate atmosphere is cut-throat, stagnant, and malicious. Ruined all the pros for me. Pay doesn't follow experience or work history. Caps out too low. Partners can do anything they want to employees without retribution.
