Where to begin...the Managing Director is too stubborn to listen to anyone but himself. His "I know everything" and "I can see the future" nonsense is designed to hide the fact that he's desperately in over his head. The office "pets" have it somewhat easier, but the only way to achieve such status is too agree with everything Mr. Director says. If one has a management position, it's because they are adept at following Mr. Director's instructions, even if you know the instructions are doomed to failure and that, in the end, you will take the fall for it. Belittling, insults and a general feeling of doom are the rule of the day. Take my advice and stay away!

Welcome to the revolving door that is KSA. They will talk big about how great they are and how they are growing so much, but you definitely won't see it. This company has the highest turnover rate that I have ever seen. Everyone hates each other and the inter-office gossip is overwhelming. They fire people without replacing them and expect everyone else to absorb their workload. But don't you dare ask for help. It is seen as weakness by the overbearing management "couple". When you can't do 3 people's jobs you are fired. That is if you don't quit first. Average turn-over is about 1-2 years. The worst part is that you will convince yourself it isn't that bad until you get out and realize why the heck did I stay so long?! Just stay away and save yourself the migraine pills. (FYI: It is common to experience headaches from the chemicals from working there for the first year. )
