Pros

Kempinski as a management company has a great working environment with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Easy to reach out to corporate team when need their support specially in hotel opening phase. Colleagues from other hotel are extremely helpful with on-boarding process and would feel welcomed.

Cons

The evaluation method used for recruitment does not in anyway relate to what you would perform in your job very academic there is a possibility to loose potential experience employees.
