Pros

What I really appreciate about working at Ken Research is how approachable everyone is here. If you ever get stuck on something or need clarity, you can just walk up to your colleagues or seniors, and they will gladly help you out. It honestly makes a huge difference when you know you have a supportive team backing you up.

Cons

If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I'd say the initial few weeks could be made a bit more organized. A little more structured guidance during that period would really help new joiners understand things faster and settle in comfortably. Just some additional clarity early on can make a big difference in helping people feel confident and productive from the start.

Pros

Good learning for market research and consulting skills, with exposure to industry analysis, data interpretation, and strategic problem-solving.

Cons

At times, the workload can get quite heavy, especially when there are urgent client deadlines or multiple deliverables to manage together.
