Low interpersonal concerns for most employees regardless of performance, poor pay, rigid policies. You're a winner until you are a loser then they threaten to replace you instead of helping you.

You can make decent money if you don't take your lunches, and sacrifice time with your family and come in every day.

Cons

Management is verbally abusive. HR doesn't care even after multiple complaints from many employees. After record sales years, Kendall continues to try and find ways to cut our pay knowing that our hard work is what is driving these record numbers. No base wage; commission only. No regard whatsoever for your family or home life. The only way to succeed here is to devote all of your time to work and not take any weekends. If you EVER call in sick, prepare to be berated over the legitimacy of your sick day. Everything Kendall tells you at the time of hiring is false. They don't care about you; you're just a disposable employee that is easily replaceable. They don't care about anything but profit.

Sorry you are not having the best experience. Auto sales is a retail job and is not for everyone. We value our employees because we know that they are NOT easily replaceable, one of the reasons that we provide up to 17 days of paid sick/vacation leave per year.

Cons

This used to be a family company with a huge stress on taking care of our own, and looking out for one another. No more. Expect all the family vibe of working for FoxxConn or the government.
