A career path is not clear. The company has sold out its automotive line of business, and the transformation process is ongoing. This brings unclearly and instability. The overall global economic situation is impacting the company. The company was grown by accruing other companies, and the integration process was sometimes not optimal. Different locations use discrepant processes which are not aligned.
