- Company is failing and being dropped by private equity at an alarming rate. Heads up, if BLACKROCK ever drops your shares, that's your canary in the coal mine
- Completely silo'd. No one knows whats going on where and how to communicate as so many people get outsourced or leave the company, and instead of replacing, sometimes they will just attempt to spread the tasks out over other people. If they outsource, it creates a problem of getting things done in a timely manner, as the person who has to help you might not even be "at work" at the same time as you, causing up to 24 hour lead times on basic things that could be solved in minutes.
- Terrible forecast for the future. Metalcutting side of the company is nothing more than a shell of its former self and causing bleed, it needs to be sold off to the highest bidder since it will NEVER be what it used to be
- Terrible technical systems. Tons of outdated software, absolute garbage foreign IT support, and a lack of willing to update
- Company is stuck in the past completely from the people to the products. Brings in consultants because they hire executives who have no idea how to do their jobs, they are just easy to point fingers at and hate when they have layoffs/outsource. I don't think our executive board could even aim their extremities towards a toilet to relieve themselves, let alone craft a business plan to get some of our portfolios out of the red.
-BLEEDING TALENT - Salaries suck, raises suck, bonus system gets changed every year to make it more confusing and give us access to less money. If you like getting paid, don't come here.
- Pretty much no chance of moving up in some areas. Company loves to run lean and clique up, blow nepotism everywhere, and grind everyone out to a pulp. Your career opportunities are whatever recruiter contacts you, not a job in the company.
- Development - There are tons of people here who have no business being leaders and should be individual contributors. Some of these people can't even put their children onto a path of success, how could they help the employees of this company? They can't.
