Pros

Hands on experience with small motor servicing and minor mechanical principles.

Cons

Management suck. Serviceman drivers get treated like slaves. Not unusual to work from 630 - 5 every day with low pay and no flexibility.

Good management team who always are willing to help and take into consideration ideas.

Cons

Other workers within the branch will try and micro-manage you and try control you as you are a new worker. Most workers are uneducated therefore have no personality when trying to connect with and get help, No penalty rates for weekend work and some weeks you are expected 7 days straight and not get paid accordingly for it. Long hours and low pay. There is a huge gap between the satisfaction of managers compared to the positions below.
