      Pros

      Working at Kennect has been a pretty good experience overall. It’s a fast-paced environment, so you end up learning a lot, especially around client handling, data, and business strategy. If you like solving real business problems and working closely with clients, you’ll enjoy it here. The best part is definitely the exposure you get early on. You’re not just doing backend work—you actually understand how things impact the client. The team is also helpful, and there’s a sense of ownership in the work.

      Cons

      That said, there are some areas that could be better. Sometimes data and system-related inconsistencies create extra work, and processes aren’t always very streamlined. A bit more structure and clearer communication between teams would make things much smoother.
