Pros
The benefits and compensation are great, and many (not all) managers are reasonable and flexible. Business casual for the most part.
Cons
There are a lot of office politics and not a lot of transparency. Culture is iffy--great if you're "in", less so if you're not. My manager is the reason I left. He was inconsistent and disrespectful of my time, very frustrating to work with/for. I never felt that the company valued my work until I quit. When I asked about long-term career advancement opportunities a year into the job, my manager told me that my best bet was to hope a coworker moved roles or that the company would expand rapidly beyond all historical precedent, in which case I *might* advance.
