Absolutely terrible management. It seems to be a pattern with Kennedy. Every single department is managed by incompetent dredges. I'm talking from the kitchen all the way to hr. Patient care is also terrible! If you want to work for a GOOD hospital there are three others in the area that will reward you for being a great employee with reviews and better pay! Stay away from employment and health care. They're called killer k for a very REAL reason

The benefits package is good.

In my professional estimation, the health system is disorganized, poorly run, and disrespectful to physicians. In my professional opinion, the quality of care delivered is sub-standard and puts patient's health at risk. Avoid this health system at all costs.

Good tuition reimbursement rates, good health benefits (except vision)

Cons

Incompetent management, lack of support from supervisors, lack of recognition for quality patient care, management making promises and not following through, lack of vision benefits, pay not competitive, redundant paperwork, lack of concern for staff well being.
