Pros

None, none, none, none, none

Cons

I have serious concerns about this organization and the treatment of their employees and would discourage anyone from accepting an offer from them. I recently interviewed for a position with this Firm and was encouraged to leave my previous position and accept their offer as they had an abundance of work available and I had the proper job experience that they were seeking. I left a good job for them, at the promise of work and additional income. After only one week of training with them, they laid me off with the explanation that they had accidentally over hired and did not have enough work for everyone. I was informed they had planned further lay offs as well. I had left a great job with better pay for this opportunity and was terminated with no notice. It was also upsetting to see how much the person terminating me, Melissa, seemed to enjoy my distress, with her smirk and condescending comment “at least the good news is you get paid for the week”. When I reminded them that I had left a good high paying job for this opportunity, they smiled and said “yeah we are sorry about that.” I am a single parent and have a small child to care for, and I have never seen anything as cruel and unprofessional as what I just witnessed. Please follow my advice and DO NOT leave your current employment for this organization.

Pros

Clean office, they buy lunch sometimes.

Cons

Poor training (and they will admit it's bad but expect you to know things they've never shown you). One manager is rude, while the other is constantly, and seemingly unknowingly, being put down and criticized by the other. It's awkward. The company has no morales, and will over hire people with the promise of work but Oops! They don't have enough, too bad for the guy who accepted. Just don't waste your time.

Pros

Casual attire, they buy lunch once in a while,

Cons

Horrible training method. They treat their new hires awful ie scream, curse at them for getting answers to questions wrong. They ignore questions and concerns about the job. Do not honor request off( even when made a month in advance. The job itself is intense and hard but its the owners that make it a very difficult place to work.

I am very sorry that you had a bad experience. We do recognize that our training is a problem, and we are taking steps to rectify this by creating a formal and documented training program. As far as days off the only restrictions we have are on new employees. New hires are not allowed to take days off during the 1st 90 days of employment. After the completion of the 90 days there are no restriction for days off, unless the day you requested fell on one of the five blackout days or on a day another employee had already requested off. Lastly and unfortunately, profanity is used in the office by both managers and employees it should not be but it is, however, it is never directed at an individual or an employee. We know that we can do a better job of controlling the use of profanity and it is something we will continue to improve upon.
