Upper mangement plays too much favoritism, be careful xuz if thwy dont like you, they will make ur life hard to work with, they demand too much for the amount if pay they give you, they like to yelled at u for problems instead of talking one and one, Hr hires anyone on the floor, no life, work almost every weekend, health insurance is not the greatness,

Money is good. Thats the only good thing I can say.

Cons

Long shifts. No training. You are on your own from the start. Management lacks emotional connection to hourly staff as well as each other.
