      Pros

      -Gorgeous campus and great facilities -Delicious free lunch -Some amazing colleagues and students -Opportunities for funded PD/furthering ed

      Cons

      -For being "the leading" private school of Colorado, they didn't seem to stride to be getting better inside the classroom... felt like all the time and energy was into the facilities, little about pedagogy or content. -Admin didn't respect teachers, their opinions or a work life balance. -Money talks, admin bet to big donors. -No HR or Dean of Faculty to process grievances.

      Pros

      It is a place that if you are seasoned teacher is a good place. Kids are amazing. 80% of parents are supportive and helpful. You have a lot of freedom to do some interesting things with curriculum of already established classes.

      Cons

      The administration is not great at communication and make empty promises that they have no interest in fulfilling. They lack honesty and are not great at giving constructive feedback.
