You get to work inside year-round, between the workers most people will go out of their way to help you outside of their trade
Cons
It's ridden with sycophants and basically the only way to climb the corporate ladder(if you so wish...) is to blow smoke up all the important people's rear-ends and of you don't they won't suck your proverbial jewels either. It's akin to what I imagine being in love with a sociopath or Jeffrey Dahmer may be like. I didn't care to find out for myself, so in the same token I suppose the environment there will aid you in finding out whether or not you have any integrity. There is a win after all, who knew!
