Pros
Went in for an interview...previous background of mill work, certifications, OSHA certifications, heavy equipment operation...etc. Management seemed desperate for hard workers who show up...didn't hire me. Waste of time and breath. Must not want anyone with credible work background. Been looking for a steady job to get out of Merchandise field.

Pros
The benefits and overall company culture towards employee is good. Senior management explores ideas with open minds and tries to build staff up.
Cons
Salaries are low for all, but especially low for the amount of responsibility bestowed on managers. It make it hard to retain talent.
