      -Good work life balance - Amzing colleagues - Strong values -Good support - Students are awesome

      - It's a place where tradition is really important and you have to be able to adjust to that system.

      Pros

      It's a nice community. Instructors are pretty independent. The campus is beautiful and the lunches are solid.

      Cons

      Not a particularly supportive administration at the higher levels, though they're switching head of school, so we'll see how things develop.
