Very low salary for the amount of work you have to do. And doesn’t commensurate with qualification and experience. Previous owner at Simei branch even withheld salary because she wasn’t happy that I wanted to quit even after giving ample notice.

Had a bad day once and asked for a raise. Management took more than a month to get back as he doesn't have the knack of reading emails. (Don't ask me why). Eventually when he got to know that I wanted a raise , he raised this issue to all the staff during the meeting telling them about me asking for a raise. Seriously unprofessional and very unethical of him to do so. Will never forget this for the rest of my life. Had no choice but to leave company and inform others to thick twice before joining company.
