      Pros

      I didn't have to travel very far to get to work.

      Cons

      Over worked! Team leader expected everyone to work until after 6 and some people worked weekends for no extra money, which meant that if anyone worked the normal 40 hours per week, it made them look like they didn't work long enough. The team leader was a bully and a nasty person. Very difficult to work for and not approachable. I would never recommend working here. People get on if their face fits!

      Demoralising

      Pros

      Worked with some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met who were unfortunately made to be just as miserable by the way staff are treated here.

      Cons

      People promoted based on who they know rather than skill/experience. Managers not monitored in their treatment of staff leading to massive variations in “managers discretions”. All about whether your face fits. Concerns not listened to. No concern for staff wellbeing and little to no support in place. I would never ever consider going back.

      Pants Company To Work For

      Pros

      There's a car park quite near. The drinks in the coffee machine are free. The receptionist is nice. It's flexitime. It's close to shops and town centre.

      Cons

      They really haven't got much of a clue what they are doing and don't listen to you if you haven't been there for over 20 years. I came here with a lot of experience but nobody listens to me because I'm the new girl!
