      Pros

      The company is growing like crazy, so there is a chance for promotion or job changes. From what I've seen though, new positions are usually given to outside hires.

      Cons

      This company grew WAY too fast and left their employees scrambling and working insane hours. There is a lot of dedication expected by employees with little appreciation shown in return. This company has repeatedly shown that they care about their bottom line far more than their employees' lives. For a company in the healthcare industry, their response to a global pandemic was flat out embarrassing.
