      It Was Great Until It Wasn't

      Pros

      Brilliant work. Potential to do really cool stuff. Get to travel all over the country. Strengthen your own brain for next job.

      Cons

      At some point CFO decided firm was worth more milking dead product lines with contractors instead of investing in talents and trying to develop markets. Revolving door at CEO as CFO tries to cash out. All Regional Managers seem to be looking for a fight... Low trust environment! Stay away from managers and focus on clients.

      Pros

      Good people (once you were there awhile you figured out who they were), cool clients and issues that if the engagements are structured well enough you can help solve

      Cons

      Narcissistic senior leadership, little regard for how KT became great transferred to newcomers, new senior people brought into the organization (why didn't/couldn't they develop from within?) have zero leadership skills nor concern for what has made KT successful in the past. LinkedIn has become nothing more than repurposed, old articles or a blast of "current thinking" reposts that are trying to position them as "thought leaders" when they have grown very stale.

      Great, intelligent people, still some interesting clients with real issues to be resolved, strong history that could be better leveraged,

      Cons

      Disparate, uncommunicative leadership, focus on the little things, not the big picture. Do not follow their own advice in how changes are identified, designed, and implemented.
