Can study all types of work. Can work at various places. Can come across all situations. Dr. Rajashree Ajith is a good CEO.
Cons
Political interference is higher. No consideration for workmanship. CEO will be there for a minimum period. After that due to change in political scenario, there will be change in CEO. This will affect the Company. Government should not change CEO of Companies of their whims and fancies as it will affect the functioning of the Company and the employees and their families as a whole.
