      You can watch movies for free. Not all. There are restrictions.

      Cons

      Almost zero training, lack of communication, words don't meet the reality, employees come and go, low loyalty, no motivation to do best, as those who have no work ethic still get to stay and earn the same minimum salary as the rest.
