      Flexibility is good and reasonable opportunity for advancement as turnover is a huge issue

      The overall feeling is very negative by those that work there. Dysfunctional group at the management and administrative levels. Secretive and don't give information to allow everyone to grow. Kind of a honky group of people - some are very unprofessional for being part of a public accounting firm. It can be embarrassing.
