      Great product quality overshadowed by worsening company culture

      Pros

      Best skin graft in the world. Works amazing. Fairly expensive and pays well.

      Cons

      The good days are in the past. Coloplast take over is driving the company into the ground. My quota went up 50% in 2 months. They give you an annual quota and then change it every quarter. I didn’t even get my May quota until June. Terrible culture. Always in fear of your job no matter how well you do.

      A product that actually works and heals patients.

      Cons

      Where to start...... 1. poor leadership that does not acknowledge problems. 2. little to no communication 3. no direction for reps- (What insurance is ACTUALLY paying not just approved, is medicare paying in the Macs, is there a speciality actually get paid, etc) 4. Regional Directors do not add value to reps. Most of them are sitting back, not traveling, collecting a paycheck. 5. terrible culture that is extremely toxic. 6. Low salary for reps 7. I've never been with a company that messes with peoples money more. Commission is always messed up, clawbacks, not paying out competitions, etc
