      The pay is great. This is the only pro.

      KHS is EXTREMELY strict. They not only record your computer screens all day but record every call you take. You are only allowed a max of 2 minutes to leave members on hold which is impossible for difficult calls. After each call, you HAVE to write notes on EVERYTHING that happened or else you will receive an audit that literally tells you what you didn't include in your note. If you forgot to do one thing on the call, they will tell you to call the member back and apologize. If you start taking too long on your notes the supervisors will start harassing you asking you why are you taking so long and why aren't you taking calls. This job literally messed up my mental health.

      Overview of KHS from the IT/MIS side

      Wages, benefits. Talented co-workers, Business units work well together.

      Cons

      Horrible planning. The PMO office is off the rails. Projects are done in a shotgun approach. Upper IT management in over their heads. Overworked employees required to work long hours and holidays because of improper planning. Horrible time tracking software. Limited communications from above. I would stay far away from KHS if you want to work on the IT side. Other business units might be better.
