Pros
When first started the directors where as good as any can be, seen the owner do some nice things over the first few years with myself included then it got bigger and directors became bullies, Horrible to all the good staff they had and praised the rubbish ones. Often give off at staff in front of other staff and sometimes customers which is just embarrassing, If you where cheeky with staff that worked under you they loved you, if you weren't then they seen you as weak, and seen it that you could do your job right , the biggest pro about Kerr's is leaving and improving your mental health.
Cons
Downside to working in kerrs is that they will move you from position to position and make you believe its because your worth it when really its because they cant get anyone else then when they do your old news and make your life hell.
