Great colleagues, friendly environment and good location

Cons

Lengthy interview process. Bad work-life balance, management will encourage you to work during the weekend with no extra pay. Bad salary structure and commission scheme. Extremely high target and not the same for everyone. A lot of favouritism in the company. High turnover of employees.

Good events, some good people working there. Works for people that just want to coast through in recruitment.

Cons

Management is archaic, have cult mentality. As you can see from the 1 bad review followed by all these "positive" reviews - instructed by management to post to drown it out. You can lie but you can't hide. Commission is bad.
