      Pros

      My favorite thing about working for Ketra is the "startup" feel that has been maintained even though the company has the funding and staff of a full fledged company. There is a minimal amount of bureaucracy and the entire management team is extremely skilled and always approachable. Most employees wear many different hats and just about everyone has a direct impact on the company's success.

      Cons

      You may not get all of the fancy workplace amenities that you would get at the say the Google offices but we are constantly improving the office space to encourage top talent to join the team.

      Pros

      I have worked at Ketra for over two years and I can say that this is the best company that I have ever worked for! Ketra has done an outstanding job of finding amazing people in every area of the company. Their knowledge and work ethic is truly inspiring. Job roles are constantly changing and there are always new demands which keep the job from becoming monotonous.

      Cons

      I wouldnt say this is a con but like others have stated in their reviews, do not expect to be able to come in and coast through your workday. The employees at Ketra take their jobs very seriously and it shows. However, make sure you are able to balance your work and home life because its easy to get caught up in a projects and spend long hours at the office. To me, this makes the work day fly by and not become routine.

      Great Technology, But A Mess Of A Company

      Great technology that is proprietary and all done in house.

      Cons

      Product manufacturing flaws. After sale / installation issues take a back seat to everything else going on in the company. Totally disorganized and micromanaged without any clear vision or protocols in place to better the company for its future. Management is set in their ways and its simply about bottom line quarterly sales figures.
